The report highlighted our Customer Journey Tracker tool as suitable for organisations looking for a ‘lower cost but scalable solution for analysing and orchestrating customer journeys.’ The platform was noted for its versatility, being used ‘across a range of industries and functions, including customer service and support, customer success and marketing in the financial services, insurance and retail industries in particular.’
