London, UK, 12th October 2020 – Engage Hub, the data-driven customer engagement company, today announced that it has been named as a supplier within the Crown Commercial Service’s G-Could 12 Framework.
Engage Hub’s real-time journey orchestration and cross-channel communications platform delivers improved customer experience (CX) and operational efficiencies, along with a dedicated agile team offering rapid journey automation for enterprise companies and public sector organisations.

Ray Tierney, CEO at Engage Hub said: “We are delighted to be a part of the G-Cloud Framework to provide cloud software solutions to the Crown Commercial Service. We have a long-established track record of delivering exceptional digital transformation programmes for our clients across multiple sectors. This framework agreement now allows us to bring our solutions and expertise to the public sector and work towards achieving their digital goals.”
Lisa Rose, Business Development Manager added: “We recognise that customer service requirements and digital transformation objectives within the public sector are demanding, especially now in the midst of a global pandemic. The ability to deliver innovative digital solutions efficiently and with the confidence that they meet government security standards is a must.”
