Engage Hub acquires Engage Interactive in Australia to broaden its global footprint

London, UK, 5th July 2023 – After 7 years of collaboration, Engage Hub, a global leader in data-driven journey orchestration and cross-channel communications, has acquired Engage Interactive, an Australian provider of customer engagement and interactive promotion solutions. The news significantly enhances Engage Hub’s ability to deliver journey orchestration solutions directly to organisations in Australia within the SMB, enterprise and government categories – and further strengthens Engage Hub’s recurring revenue growth across multiple sectors.

Headquartered in Sydney, Engage Interactive offers customer engagement solutions and channel orchestration capability to a range of organisations. It also provides interactive marketing and promotional campaign services to major brands and media outlets in the region.

Since 2016, Engage Interactive has been Engage Hub’s Australian reseller partner, using their platform and support capabilities to deliver strong recurring revenue working with leading brands and organisations – including Westpac, American Express, Australian Football League, Telstra, News Corp Australia, Weatherzone, Queensland Department of Education, Ladbrokes, Now Book It and Maropost.
