London, UK – 1st March 2018: Engage Hub, the data-driven customer engagement company, has announced the appointment of Felix Wong as the company’s new VP Sales in Asia Pacific (APAC), with immediate effect. Based in Singapore, Felix will be helping businesses in the region improve the customer service they provide.
Felix has over 20 years’ experience in the APAC telecommunications industry. Starting his career at SingTel, Felix switched focus to work with vendors, in an effort to find new ways to monetise mobile services, through mobile advertising, voice and other emerging technologies. In that time, he has worked with a number of start-ups, as well as multination conglomerates such as Siemens.
Felix joins Engage Hub from Opera Software where he headed up their APAC business. Throughout his career, Felix has been witness to, and part of, the big changes that have shaped the mobile operator industry. From the emergence to 2G up to 4G, Felix has been helping to make customer’s systems become more efficient and compliant with technological advancements.
Felix’s decision to join Engage Hub stems from a strong interest in helping enterprises to engage better with their customers. Commenting on the decision Felix said, “Poor customer strategy and a lack of engagement within the industry is a strong motivation for me to work for a company like Engage Hub, to help operators and their enterprise clients dramatically improve the customer experience.”
Felix will operate across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and his native Singapore, with a major focus on strengthening existing strategic partnerships with Singtel and Adspark, as well as cultivating new business opportunities.

Born and raised in Singapore, Felix undertook a BSC in Engineering at Nanyang Technological University before studying a master’s degree in Business Administration and International Management at California State University, Sacramento. Engage Hub has been expanding its global workforce over the last 18 months, and Felix will head up a growing APAC contingent.
