The Opportunity:

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with senior management and broader commercial team, we are looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager to identify and deliver new partnerships for long-term success and nurture ongoing relationships with key strategic partners. Our ultimate goal is building channels and alliances that drive new business and revenue. This is a great opportunity for you to join a highly motivated team and set the scene in a crucial area for our company’s next phase of growth.

You will:

  • Identify and recruit new strategic Cloud Service Provider (CSP), Managed Service Provider (MSP), System Integrator (SI) and other technology partners to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
  • Work strategically and tactically with partners to ensure the partner allocates the maximum resources to selling and servicing Engage Hub
  • Work hand-in-hand with Engage Hub’s sales, marketing, product, professional services and technology teams to deliver partnership goals
  • Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue
  • Represent Engage Hub at industry and networking events
  • Be available to travel and meet with partners internationally as required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a cloud services or software as a service organization
  • Strong understanding of partner networks and ability to demonstrate key contacts that will assist Engage Hub’s partner growth plans
  • Able to work to targets, prioritize workload and manage own schedule
  • Proven experience in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements and building long-lasting partnerships
  • Experience in working with large complex deals
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and explain them to others verbally and in writing
  • Highly professional presentation style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Additional European language(s) a bonus – Spanish/Portuguese

  • Salesforce CRM/Altify Dealmaker experience is a plus
  • Technical background/education
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact
