IT Support Engineer.

The Role:

Currently we are recruiting a IT Support Engineer for a very visible role in a growing company. The successful candidate will have a great chance to get really hands on with leading technology. The successful candidate will have a high degree of technical competency and will work as an integral part of the IT and Infrastructure team. This role is based in our North London office and reports to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level desktop, application, mobile platform and network support to end users based in multiple locations worldwide;
  • Able to demonstrate aptitude, skills and experience in the area of first line response to monitoring system incidents;
  • Candidate will be expected to demonstrate scripting skills on a Unix based system [any scripting language];
  • Management & Configuration of a range of network technologies, devices and services highly desirable;
  • Candidate will play a very active role in a wide range of IT and business projects;
  • Mobile device management skills and experience highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • BSc in a relevant discipline and necessary industry certifications;
  • Ambitious and driven with a massive desire to progress technically;
  • Eager to learn new technologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills;
  • Great knowledge of iOS and Unix based operating systems;
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
