Anti-spam Policy.

The Engage Hub platform and software enables enterprise organisations across the world to deliver real-time, permission-based communications through a wide array of interactive channels. For many years, we have been encouraging some of the world’s largest brands to send highly personalised electronic communications and we therefore commit to a zero tolerance approach to spam.

What we mean by spam

We regard spam as irrelevant or unsolicited messages sent via electronic communication channels such as SMS, Email, Push Notifications, Messenger and Voice, for the purposes of advertising, phishing or spreading malware.

What this means for our clients

Our clients may not use the Engage Hub platform or software to transmit messages that violate CAN-SPAM laws, they must ensure that recipients are opted in to receive appropriate content and that it’s easy and quick for recipients to opt-out of any communication.

Clients may not send messages that are in any way unlawful or violate the laws and regulations of any country in which the recipient resides or which violate any codes or standards of practice published or endorsed by the GSMA Association, ICO or the Mobile Marketing Association.
